Hugo is translating what we have learned from the past 8 years developing individualized student mentorships into practical resources that make the Mentorship Method accessible to more organizations, students, and families.
For the past year we have been sharing our learnings through academic papers and presentations delivered at the annual conferences for organizations such as ASEE and the UNM Mentoring Institute.
Coming soon: frameworks, reflection activities, and implementation guides designed to help schools and organizations strengthen their mentorship programs and support students in becoming more active, reflective participants in developmental relationships.
Explore tools including the Mentor Map, which helps young people recognize and strengthen their network of developmental adults; the Opportunity Map, which helps students turn experiences into learning, relationships, and next steps; and the Hugo Profile and Roadmap, which helps students reflect on their interests and identify promising directions for exploration.
